From the Four Seasons app, I was able to log in using the hotels confirmation number (I had to ask for it since Amoma.com where we booked it has a different reservations number). From there, I was able to request for slippers, shaving kit and dental kit. Unfortunately, they didn't have the sleeping mask.

CONCLUSION

A few weeks ago, Mike and I were in Vancouver and although we had booked our first three nights at the Residence Inn months before our arrival, I decided we'd wait a little before booking a hotel for our fourth and last night. Fortunately, I found a very nice rate on the internet for Four Seasons (about 190 CAD) weeks before our arrival and without any hesitation, I booked it. We arrived at the hotel around 10:40am and the first thing we saw was the gorgeous lower lobby 😍 At the reception on the second floor, we were greeted by a friendly associate, Jenny who is also from the Philippines. She upgraded us to a Deluxe Preferred View room and which was ready even for such an early check-in πŸ‘ The room was very nice and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've had. It was also interestingly high so Mike and I joked that people who are short would really have to climb the bed πŸ˜‰ The bathroom was on the small side but the L'Occitane toiletries made up for it. I remember getting the same L'Occitane lotion when I flew in Air China First Class a few years ago. From the 24th floor, the view was fantastic, with both the city and the mountain. The pool and the fitness center looked great although we were not able to enjoy it. What's very nice about the pool is that you have nice views of the city especially the Vancouver Lookout πŸ‘ The room we booked did not include breakfast but it was not a problem since there are lots of restaurants near the hotel including the adjacent shopping center with it's food court. Of course, the location is perfect since it is in the center, minutes away from the Waterfront, Gastown, China Town and other tourist attractions. Lastly, all the staff we encountered were all smiling and gave us the feeling of being home. Overall, we really enjoyed our one night stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver and for the price we paid, it was definitely worth it and we'd gladly stay here again the next time we are in Vancouver. To all the staff of Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver especially to Jenny, thank you so much 😍
