How to get here: From the airport, take M1A subway to Yenikapi. From there, change to M2 and get off at Osmanbey Station. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station.

I arrived at the hotel at 12noon and was welcomed by Alf and Melissa, the guest relation staff. They recognized my Diamond status and presented me a welcome drink, welcome letter as well as a refreshing towel.

It was my first time to use the Hilton refreshing towels so I had to ask Melissa how to use it 😉 I was also given the "Travel Your Way" card so they would have my preferences remembered for my next stay. As I do not normally drink alcohol, I was a given a voucher for a Turkish Coffee to be consumed at the Grand Lobby & Bar although unfortunately, I did not have the time to use it.

Then, she gladly informed me that I had been upgraded to an executive suite located on the 32nd floor! Thanks so much guys 😍😍 After giving me more details of the hotel, she escorted me to the elevators.

To the right of the entryway was a bathroom complete with the Peter Thomas Roth bath amenities.

While to the left of the entryway is a mirror and lamp table.

After the bathroom as you walk straight is the gorgeous living room.

As I hadn't eaten my lunch yet, I ordered some Spaghetti Bolognese from the room service which was delicious 😋

The lounge actually gives a 360 degrees view of the city which is just cool 👍👍👍

There were two more hot dishes namely, gratinated potatos and some chicken dish which was a bit spicy but very good.

The offering was really extensive and tasted very good that I did not need to go out and have dinner as it was a full dinner service 😍

While I was getting food from the buffet, a staff approached me to give me a bread and when I asked him why, he told me it was because I was a Hilton Diamond member. The hostess must have remembered me as it was not easy to find me in the restaurant with all the guests having their breakfast 😉

CONCLUSION

I have to say I was really impressed by this hotel. I had always placed the Hilton Bosporus Hotel and Conrad Bosporus Hotel on my top lists of hotel in Istanbul but I guess I should be adding Hilton Bomonti to it. From the moment I arrived, being welcomed by Alf and Melissa, I knew that it was going to be a great stay. The personal and friendly service was just exceptional. About 30 minutes after arriving in my room, Mehmet from the Guest Relations called to check if everything was okay, and of course, I told him I really loved the room and that all was perfect. The hotel amenities were truly impressive and the executive lounge where you get fantastic views of the city is just amazing. The room upgrade was very much appreciated as it was one of the most gorgeous suites I've ever stayed at. The buffet spread during breakfast was extensive and being offered a "special" bread as a Hilton Diamond member was just cool. The hotel's location is also ideal as it is just a few minutes walk from the Osmanbey Metro Station. Overall, I really had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Bomonti and I would definitely stay here again when my travel brings me back to Istanbul 😍
